This privacy policy explains how any personal information collected when you register with Out-of-the-Blue Coaching will be used. 

 

What information?

You will be asked for your postal address, email address, phone number and the contact details of your G.P.

I will take some notes during our discussions and after sessions I will send a short report to you via email, covering the content of our session and any actions you have agreed to take. 

 

How will my information be used?

I collect the information stated above in order to contact you between sessions, and to keep a record of the coaching for my reference. Only in the event of an emergency and after consultation with yourself, would I contact your G.P.

Storage

I store the data I collect on a secure encrypted system using XTS-AES-128 encryption with a 256-bit key.

Insurance

I am fully insured, a condition of which requires that I keep client records for a minimum period of five years, after which point all records can be safely destroyed.

 

Cookies

Website usage information is collected using cookies to collect standard internet log information and visitor behaviour information, to track visitor use of the website and to compile statistical reports on website activity.
